For more than 20 years, Jennifer has been assisting organizations in achieving their strategic goals. With a background that includes high-tech, sales, management, instructional design, and facilitation, she has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries around the globe.

Mark has a diverse background and professional experience in corporate sales, business analysis, business development, entertainment and new media.  Through his experiences, successes and setbacks, he has realized that there is a common thread that binds everything we do, the power of effective communication.  He discovered that it is not only how we communicate with others, it is also how we communicate with ourselves that determines outcomes.
Since 2011, Gordon has been working as an executive coach and consultant. He has a unique and entertaining way of engaging clients in self-reflection and ultimately self-discovery. He leads his clients through a process that facilitates acute self-awareness and provides tools to create the relationships and outcomes they want.  At the foundation of his coaching is the notion of letting go of limiting beliefs and self-doubt.
